9/15/2013: Certified for Secure Voice Archiving

ARTEC IT Solutions has certified an Auerswald telecommunications system for use with Voice to Archive®.

Karben, September 16, 2013 - Successfully tested and approved: As part of a voice archiving project, ARTEC IT Solutions AG has certified the COMpact 5010 VoIP telecommunications system by Auerswald for use with the EMA Enterprise Managed Archive®.

The PABX system is suitable for, and works smoothly with ARTEC's Voice to Archive® module, which provides legally compliant archiving of voice information.

Voice to Archive® allows businesses and organizations to store voice communication in a traceable and verifiable manner. This is particularly useful for tracking contractual agreements, or arrangements with customers and business.

The solution easily integrates into any infrastructure. It offers numerous special features, such as call center mode, where the contents of incoming calls are automatically recorded. The system takes care of getting the caller's consent and forwarding the call to the next available agent. Calls that are already in progress can also be recorded at any time.

The COMpact 5010 VoIP PABX by Auerswald is suitable for any type of connection, and is easy to extend, which makes it ideal for smaller organizations. The hybrid PABX system provides support for up to eight external lines, and can manage up to ten internal parties. It supports analog, ISDN, or VOIP, depending on its module configuration.

"During the certification process, Auerswald's solution truly impressed us. We think is is ideal for use with Voice to Archive®." said Jerry J. Artishdad, CEO of ARTEC IT Solutions AG. "We look forward to continuing our work with the company's renowned telecommunications specialists."
