Archived data receives additional pieces of information (metadata), which can either be added to every object manually, or automatically as part of a bulk operation. The powerful Enterprise Attribute System takes the implementation one step further and provides a custom attribute editor, which allows you to define and assign up to 100 additional attributes according to your individual needs. The flexible text, numeric, selection, memo, tagging, and Yes/No fields provide various ways to structure and customize your existing data. Attributes can also be assigned to multiple documents or e-mail messages simultaneously, and can even be assigned to an entire search result using a single mouse click.
